North Lake College’s art department presents Woodworkers through Wednesday, August 21 in the Art Gallery at the Central Campus. The exhibition showcases the art and craft of wood through a variety of wood carvings. The exhibit is free and open to the public.
Featured artists include: Faye Benezue, Paul Benson, Virgil Bodensteiner, David Borg, Lyndel Hutcherson, Paul Martoccio, Ron Moore, Grover Pearce, Sheryl Pfeifer, Jim Pochurek, Beverly Vickery, Preston Vickery, and Jo Ann Wiggs.
An artist reception will be held on Wednesday, July 10 at 1 p.m. in the Art Gallery. Light refreshments will be served.
The NLC Art Gallery is open 8 a.m. – 9:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday. The campus is closed on Sunday. For more information, contact Steven Benezue.
