Join us as we place items representing a day in the life of NLC students, employees and community partners in a time capsule. The capsule will be sealed into a wall until the year 2058– our 80th anniversary!
The celebration will feature a short program with remarks from North Lake College President, Dr. Christa Slejko, memories shared by former North Lake College President, Dr. Herlinda Glasscock, followed by the placing of the items into the capsule by students and employees. All time capsule items will be on display from 1-2 p.m. for viewing. Refreshments be served. This event is open to the community.
