Homecoming at North Lake College

The Dallas County Community College District (DCCCD) is hosting its second annual homecoming celebration. This October, the seven colleges of DCCCD will welcome thousands of students, both past and present, to revel in all things fall fun. The celebration kicks off with the DCCCD's Distinguished Alumni and Pillar of the Community Award Ceremony on Friday, October 11 from 7 - 11 p.m. at Edison's in Dallas. Attend the Veterans Mental Health Summit

In partnership with North Texas Veterans Administration Medical Services, the Veterans Mental Health Summit will take place from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. at Eastfield College’s Pleasant Grove campus on Sept. 17, and at the North Lake College main campus on Sept. 20. The summit agenda both days will include a keynote speaker, three talk sessions, a resource fair and lunch for participants. The goal of the summit is to educate participants how to better attend to the mental health well-being of veterans, their families and other military-connected individuals.
