Are you planning to graduate at this spring’s ceremony on May 17? Congratulations! Let’s make sure you have everything you need to walk the stage.

First, make sure you’ll be able to graduate. Find out how you can double-check that you’ve met all the graduation requirements and are ready to go. Any questions? Send an email to icompletenlc@dcccd.edu with Ready to Graduate in the subject line.

Get your name in the graduation program. Submit the quick and easy Graduation Participation Form. You must submit this form by Friday, April 19 to have your name appear in the program. If you submit the form between April 20 and May 10, you will be able to participate in the ceremony but your name will not appear in the printed commencement program. Please note the new April 19 deadline.

Sign up to attend. Even if you don’t want to appear in the program, or if you’re submitting after April 19, you still need to fill out the fast Graduation Participation Form. The deadline to sign up to participate in graduation is May 10. Of course, if you don’t participate in graduation, you will still earn your diploma.

Get your cap and gown. Caps and gowns are available at the NLC campus bookstore. Find out more about making your graduation plans.
