From April through August 2018, Central Campus parking lots will be affected by construction plans. The end result, in fall 2018, will be a parking lot with over 100 new spaces, plus newly added sidewalks and crosswalks so you can walk from your car to class without worrying about oncoming traffic.
Current closures in the NLC parking lot
As of July 26, 2018, the area marked in red is closed effective immediately. We will provide updates when construction moves to each new area.
Work on Phases 1 and 2 is now complete. You may now park in the new redesigned parking areas near the G and C buildings, marked in green on the map above. However, please exercise caution, as work crews are still planting trees and landscaping in this area.
With nearly all parking near the T building closed, students are encouraged to park near the G building or on the north side of campus.
Work is expected to be finished by August 15.
