It’s not too late to learn more about North Lake College and how we can help you register for classes and take command of your future. Blazer Fest is all day long January 4, 2018, from 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., on Central Campus.
At Blazer Fest, we’ll be offering:
*a chance to get enrolled and register for classes (please bring a photo ID and a recent high school transcript, if you have them)
*free lunch for any student who registers from noon to 6 p.m. (good for sandwich, chips, and drink at the on-campus Subway)
*a computer lab for self-registering online
*New Student Orientation at 1:00 p.m. in the Performance Hall (we recommend arriving a little early)
*Veterans Center Open House in room H220 (Student Life Center)
*Workforce Center Open House
*Meningitis clinic flyer (from 9 to 11 a.m. in A429 and free with insurance)
*children’s area outside room A414
Additionally, you can:
*buy textbooks at the campus bookstore
*meet NLC staff, including academic advisors, professors, career counselors, and health center representatives
*find out about free student support programs at NLC, including free tutoring
*learn more about work-study and on-campus student employment
